Sin embargo, dada la realidad contextual y las prácticas actuales que están dañando el territorio raizal, entre los raizales y la población en general debe tenerse en cuenta el siguiente proverbio africano.

The proverb goes, “Wherever a man goes to dwell, his character must go with him.” This saying means that a person should remain the same, no matter where they go or what changes they see. A person of character maintains their values in an ever-changing world.
